Can jump on cobblestone walls and mossy cobblestone walls

We can jump on cobblestone and mossy cobblestone walls, this is normally impossible.

Steps to reproduce :
1- Place some cobblestone walls, in line
2- Try to jump on the other side of the wall
3- You did it !
