The bug is that the minecraft window stops responding for a few seconds and then does it again but it only updates the frame 1 more time and stops doing it, you can know that the game continues to work in the background since I can see the cursor appear or disappear by pressing the esc key or listening to the game.
The error occurs in very specific areas and I have not determined well what causes it, the only thing I am sure of is that the glowing is one of the factors since playing for hours I have not reproduced the error but when friends appear with the effect I do not takes time to happen.
I have tried to reproduce it with many entities with glowing in singleplayer but nothing has happened so I have used the plot of a friend where I know that the error occurs and in which zone to do it in seconds or a few minutes.
This error has occurred to me on my previous pc, a Celeron N4000 laptop and UHD Graphics 600 and it only occurred in areas where there was glowing, I have a friend who also had Celeron and UHD Graphics and it also happened to him, I currently have a Pentium Gold G6400 and UHD Graphics 610. I clarify this since I do not know anyone else who happens to him.
Steps to reproduce it:
Download the attached world
Unzip it and put it in the worlds folder
/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -3613 65 -3540 -177 6
Repeat the movement seen in the attached video

ready, I already uploaded the launcher_log.txt, although with sublime text I replaced all the times that my username appears in the paths of the pc
I also have this issue. Game refuses to "crash" but screen completely freezes. This happens when another player gets the glowing effect. I can reproduce this about 50% of the time a player uses the glowing effect. I think it has to do with when a player with a glowing outline intersecting with my visible arm in game.
