[MC-236616] Elytra changes have not been implemented from experimental snapshots

Elytra still uses old durability behaviour before experimental snapshots.

This is a feature request. Not everything from the 1.18 experimental snapshots were promised to be implimented

Please provide a source that this was intended to be excluded from this snapshot.

There is an internal source.

Do this mean that the new durability system for the Elytra will not be implemented in newer Versions of snapshots or even Minecraft?

The fact it wasn't brought over is not a bug, that doesnvt mean it won't be brought over.
