"Floating Islands" worlds generate incorrectly

The Bug

If you create world "Floating islands" in snapshot 21w37a it will generate with stone islands

Reproduce

  • Create a Floating Island world type

  • Be in creative

  • Fly around
    ❌ Notice that despite the biome the ground is just stone

Expected Result

The floating islands would generate similarly to 1.17.1

@unknown please create a new issue about the villages floating over the void in floating islands
