So my friends and I were playing Minecraft survival and we went to the nether, when we were going back it spawned a new portal 50 or so blocks away from the first one. The first one was still working. And if we broke the new poral it spawns in a new one in a different location.
We would appreciate it if you fixed this bug.

This isn't a bug, it's just that nether portal syncing is a bit weird if you're not familiar with it.
You can fix this by looking at the X and Z coordinates of your portal in the Overworld, dividing them by 8 and then moving the portal in the Nether to that location (e.g. a portal at 800, 1600 in the Overworld should link with one at 100, 200 in the Nether).
