Every time I'm playing Minecraft on PC, JavaEdition, and need to put on my headphones, they won't work unless I close the game and open it again, and it's kinda annoying, thanks for reading!

The current version doesn't support audio output switching mid-game. If you do F3+T (Reload resource pack) it will start working on your headphones. I think the next version of MC will fix this.
