@@unknown, could you please provide seed and coordinates (in text form) in case you still have the world? The seed can be obtained by using the /seed command and clicking on the message in chat. Coordinates can be copied to clipboard by pressing F3 + C.
It is always useful to have a few examples in case one of them does not cause this issue anymore in the future due to subtle world generation changes.
I believe @unknown is referring to the seed and coordinates they provided in MC-237250. That seed and coordinates pair works in 1.17.1, but not in 21w38a because the world generation changed completely.
