[MC-237085] When I create a world it loads and it gets stuck on saving world

I start by opening minecraft then I click signal player and click create world By the way I am not using any mods or minecraft clients and then it loads to loading world then when it says saving world it gets stuck I have lots of storage I tried re installing and still this is my pc.
