So after playing in survival on a world I noticed the nether biomes show on f3, but it all looks like old nether. there is not nether trees or plants. After that I tried to go to the end I used a eye of ender and nothing happened, so I created a new world with cheats and I searched for it and it says structure not found. So currently the nether needs fixing and we need strongholds and end portals back.

Hello Victor, we're already tracking the two issues you have reported. You can find the report about the strongholds failing to generate at MC-236618, and you can find the issue about the nether failing to generate properly at MC-236620. The issue with strongholds will be fixed in the next snapshot.
