[MC-237353] The trees in the nether forest are not generating in the 21w37a 1.18 snapshot

In both crimson forests and warped forests the giant mushroom trees and respective mycelium blocks that cover the ground are not generating in single player worlds. Only the respective vines to each biome generate, plus some roof decoration of wart blocks in crimson forests.
