Sometimes water will not update. It seems fairly inconsistent to trigger but when it happens it can persist for minutes at a time. Normally it resolves itself after a few seconds but I had one save that was stuck in that state for 10+ minutes, on reloading that world I was hit with massive stuttering that caused the game to drop to 0 fps every few seconds and this persisted to other worlds. It was fixed by relaunching the game. Sometimes this stuttering only lasts a few seconds and resolves itself.
