Dolphin don't attack normally

I really think people dont notice much, but dolphin as netural mobs dont group up and attack players when attacked as expected.

In the video, yes they hit me when they got hit, but i didn't expect the rarity of hitting me by  grouping up to hit me. I just think the dolphin AI attack is bugged. As for bedrock version, they will group up and rekt anything that violate their kind and no bugs on that. Feature or Bug?
