[MC-227087] Dolphins often don't attack back when you attack them

Title says it all. Punch a dolphin and often it won't attack you back at all. It will be more interested in other things such as playing with items.

Dolphins are pasive mobs, they're not supposed to hurt the player even when hit by said player.

Actually they can attack you, but only in a group of 3 or more, and it is very inconsistent

But I can confirm this, at least I think. As I said, it is very inconstistent.

Observed dolphins attacking me when I attacked them. They don't really like to hit back, but they will and will tell others to also do so.

It won't feel as aggressive as other mobs.

Yeah, their attack are not as aggresive as the 1.13 release

just saying, i dont see a patch note about dolphin attack less and marked as Work as Intended
