I bought a new laptop with a Ryzen 9 5900HX, and a RTX 3060 Max-Performance model (130W TDP), with a single-channel 3200Mhz 16gb RAM stick. I noticed a disappointing performance in all Minecraft versions, usually it goes below 60fps at barely playable render distances, such as 12 chunks. At 32 render distance it barely reaches 20 fps, and the GPU's usage is terribly low. It doesn't happen in other games, all my drivers are updated(tried to remove them using DDU), I've tried reinstalling Java, using the bundled version, still the same. And yes, I've assigned the Nvidia GPU to my java instances so I made sure Java is using my 3060 GPU instead of the integrated one.

Hey Anthony! I'm thankful for your response, but as you can see from my post, it happens in all Minecraft versions, and it's a terrible performance issue. I get 12 fps on average, it makes the game unplayable. What did I even buy it for if I can't have a smooth experience with powerful hardware? I think that's pretty much a valid report, or at least a reach for help.
@unknown That doesn't mean this report isn't invalid. As Anthony said above, just simply saying the game is laggy isn't a valid bug, we need a way to see it on our own device.
We can't help you with technical issues on the bug tracker, sorry. But I do hope you find a solution
This report is invalid. Simply saying the game is laggy is not a valid bug. Performance issues are expected to happen from version to version especially in snapshots. We only accept performance bugs if a specific issue is causing. For example: "Looking at sponge causes lag".
