Exactly as title says. Banners appear in hand, but once placed they are invisible. However, after the world is reloaded placed banners appear. This issue does not occur in 1.17.1. I'm running linux and have attached my system information.
After placing (the visible one is from me testing out described behaviour):
[media]I know I've placed a banner because I can see the "box" highlighting it.
After reload:
[media]And now the banners are visible
