Blue Orchid generation has decreased

In swamp biomes the generation of Blue Orchid have decreased to now they generate in patches of 1-2 flowers and are seemingly more rare to find

Reproduce

• Create a single biome swamp world in 1.17.1

• Fly around
  ✔ Notice Blue Orchid seem to generate more frequently and in bigger patches

• Create a Single Biome swamp world

• Fly around
  ❌ Notice Blue Orchids appear to only generate in patches of 1-2 and don't generate as frequently

Expected Result

The Blue Orchids would spawn similarly to 1.17.1
