Shift stutter on servers

Hello,

So in Minecraft Java, there's a glitch on any version post the new shift update. (Where you shift a bit lower). Basically, when you shift on most servers, it shift twice. It's almost like it stutters. This makes it really difficult to speedbridge using this version as when I click shift repeatedly. It stutters a lot.
