[MC-238473] I can't have the migration cape

I already have a microsoft account and i was wondering if i can get one bc it not let me to have one bc i don't have a microsoft account ,,sorry for my english i am not english''.

The migration cape is only for accounts who MIGRATED to Microsoft accounts, not those who started with them.

If you have migrated your account (from mojang to microsoft) you must open the minecraft page on your browser to get the cape.
