Sugar cane generates far too often in Deserts.
What I expected to happen was...:
Maybe less sugar cane overall, I do believe that to an extent sugar cane should be somewhat plentiful somewhere, but I feel like this is far too much.
What actually happened was...:
There's WAY too much sugar cane. I got 3 stacks in under 10 minutes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world
2. Type /locatebiome desert
3. Count the amount of sugar cane, and compare it to the previous snapshots
Certain biomes like deserts and swamps are supposed to spawn more sugar cane than others. This is likely intended.
