I don't see how this is a feature suggestion. Deep warm oceans generating is a bug and I have provided proof in the pictures.

Certain biomes like deserts and swamps are supposed to spawn more sugar cane than others. This is likely intended.

No it was off. That was the problem. Didn't know mobs couldn't pick up stuff while the rule was turned off, thanks.
