Deep warm oceans were removed from generating naturally in the 1.13 snapshot 18w08b, but now generate again in 1.18. Warm oceans were only meant to be shallow.
One of the pictures I've included below show a bug report where deep warm oceans not generating was working as intended.

I don't see how this is a feature suggestion. Deep warm oceans generating is a bug and I have provided proof in the pictures.
Deep warm oceans were reintroduced with 21w37a and are intended to generate per the validity of MC-236624 just because a report is marked as Works as Intended doesn't mean that it won't be fixed/added in. That is why this is a feature request your asking for a biome to be removed.
