When shulker gets attacked, shulkers from nearby should be aggressive to the attacker. But it happens only when game is restarted or attacker is watched by other shulkers directly. And also aggro deactivates when shulker teleports.
When game is restarted, everything goes right and that is key point of this issue which I think.

Hi! When I load the world in both the Affects version (1.17.1) and the latest snapshot (23w43b), I instantly see the shulkers aggro the snowgolem in the middle. See
[media]I also tried a set up with solid blocks so that the shulkers couldn't see the player. The only result I could get, even after restarting the world, was that the shulkers able to see the player were the only ones who aggroed.
In short, I could not reproduce the described behaviour.
It works properly when attacked shulker's aggro has been deactivated and activated again.
It doesn't work when attacked shulker keeps anger to the attacker.
It need more than 10 to cool down.
I don't think It is intended, because zombified piglin's aggro always works instantly.
