Yes it can be still reproduced.

You can try with embeded save file.

It works properly when attacked shulker's aggro has been deactivated and activated again.

It doesn't work when attacked shulker keeps anger to the attacker.

It need more than 10 to cool down.

I don't think It is intended, because zombified piglin's aggro always works instantly.

@galaxy_2alex I found how to reproduce. they explodes when skeletons attack them.

Now oak button has same problem too. It has problem only when it's pressed.

Texture only changes when it has it's own data. For example let's see when resource pack A got dirt block texture and resource pack B didn't. When altering resource pack B from resource pack A, texture of dirt do not get changed.
