Stone button and polished blackstone button doesn't make any sound when using other resource pack. And also It makes texture error with resource pack when stone button is pressed. every single resource pack has same error. When using first time of resource pack, some kind of blocks never changes their texture even changing resource pack more than twice.
It started after few times of crash. I have reinstalled minecraft, java, and launcher. But it still occurs.

This is a problem with the resource packs you are using, please contact the authors to update it for 1.16.

Texture only changes when it has it's own data. For example let's see when resource pack A got dirt block texture and resource pack B didn't. When altering resource pack B from resource pack A, texture of dirt do not get changed.
