[MC-238799] Minecraft light source make block keeps flashing, really hurt my eyes

This is a server with my friend, recently, weird thing happened, when I start to look at some blocks in a certain angle, the blocks all start to flash. Turning black and then become normal. I've recorded it in my video, you can see it in my attachment.

Thank you for responding. This is very likely an OptiFine and/or Spigot issue, and the bug tracker cannot assist with issues that occur in modified versions of the game. Therefore, this ticket is invalid.
