[MC-239385] Major FPS drop when open/create new world

When I open/enter a new world it has a major fps drop to 20- fps

After 2 minutes, it increases normally to 60+fps

for me it's below 10 fps and then becomes normal shortly after.

I have the same problem and I have a good pc the optimization is fatal

What are your graphics settings? Does it happen in any world or just a specific one? For how long are the FPS low?
