[MC-239511] strange looking terrain, only one block of dirt/grass generating on top of stone

In 21w42a I found strange terrain generation, the soil on top of stone is only one block thick, idk if this is a glitch but it looks strange.

I can confirm this although I'm pretty sure that this is the same as MC-239020 but with grass blocks instead of snow/ice.

Yes, I think, this is dublicate for MC-239020) Or maybe this is not a bug, but just a generation?? Because seeds can be any!
