If we put the bottles into the alchemy stand and then take them out without "changing" them, we will get the "Local Brewery" achievement
To test it: 1. Run Minecraft on any version; 2. Create a creative world; 3. Take the bottles and the alchemy belt rack; 4. Put the cylinders in the rack and take them out straight away. If the error exists, you should get the "Local Brewery" achievement.
