when i have placed a water scource block using a bucket and i then using a water bucket klick the same exact place again, i hear the "block break" sound , and i see particles of water

Duplicate of MC-18365, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 58% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.
Also, this ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.
Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
