When im in my server playing i always heard something like walking but when i checked there was nothing,so i turned on my sounds to check and it said broken block sounds.The thing is this only occurs in spcific places that has flowers.I tried to mine dowsn to see if thers anything,but nothing,and when i turn off sounds of things i turns out that this is from the friendly mobs sounds.

This is most likely happening because nearby sheep are eating grass blocks. With that being said, please provide some screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.
Send a screenshot of f3 debug menu,
If E value on the right of the / is of any amount more than 1-9 then you have cows or sheep walking around. I don't think this is a bug.
