Plant "placeable on" tags are inconsistently named

The bug

The newly added tag for blocks a big dripleaf can be placed on is named "big_dripleaf_placeable". This is inconsistent with the tag used for controlling bamboo placement: "bamboo_plantable_on".

Expected result

Both tags would use a common naming system of sorts: "big_dripleaf_placeable" and "bamboo_placeable" for example, or "big_dripleaf_bases" and "bamboo_bases".

Actual result

There is an inconsistency, as mentioned earlier.
