It cannot be done at night in my world, it does not seem like a problem but it is considering that the day and night cycle is active, I tried to do it at night with commands, but nothing happened it was as if the day and night cycle is deactivated. I don't like that it's always daylight.

Please only report bugs that can be reproduced in a vanilla (unmodified) environment.
Issues caused by third-party modifications (mods) should be reported to the appropriate team, not to Mojang Studios via this bug tracker.
OptiFine is considered a mod in all circumstances.

If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
