[MC-240185] I can go to the game but I can't play to my worlds or servers

I can go to Minecraft but when open a server or a world it rest at saving world and It load for the infinite and to unstuck me I need to do ctrl+alt+delete. This start when them 1.17 began and all the versions do the same things.
