Hypixel working great last night, this morning banned, then no change the password link from Mojang, lastly the link to migrate to Microsoft does not work

Hypixel's actions are not solved/discussed here and should be adressed to them directly.
As for the latter parts, sounds like someon got ahold of your account somehow; go contact mojang support.
