My survival world has 37 days and the wandering trader never appeared once. It was supposed to appear at day 10 with 100% chance of spawning.

It is possible the trader is spawning less frequently. I have had a trader spawn after a long time (a couple of days real time) in a test world, see screenshot: https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/attachment/454227/2021-11-03_20.45.46.png
