Probably is some problem in the marketplace. I had a similar issue on the last days, but it fixed on it's own. Wait a little and this should fix on itself. Otherwise contact support, I think is the best option.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. This may fix your issue. I had the same problem and solved it this way.
I've noticed this issue yesterday. The only way I could change the Map's name a second time was through the anvil. I play on Xbox One (1.12.0).
Try uninstalling e reinstalling minecraft. And always remember to make a backup of your world.
