I purchased the Steven Universe Mash Up pack and when I went to use it today, it said that it had never been purchased although I still have thirty coins from when I made the purchase.

Probably is some problem in the marketplace. I had a similar issue on the last days, but it fixed on it's own. Wait a little and this should fix on itself. Otherwise contact support, I think is the best option.
