[MC-240670] Most hostile/neutral mobs are passive in survival when I open my world the second and later times

Except these mobs, other mobs won't attack me:

Piglins
Piglin Brutes
Hoglins
Zoglins
Zombified Piglins
Ghasts
Skeletons
Creepers

Other neutral mobs get angry, but they don't attack me.
