[MC-24113] my minecraft started lagging

my minecraft used to run at 150 fps now it only runs at 20, my pc is a asus k55a and has intel 4000 hd graphics a core i5 processer and 4.00 gb ram it used to run render distance far but now i can only play in tiny without lag please help me
