[MC-241276] Pandas spawns rate are extremely low in the 1.18 first pre-release

I've tested 5 seeds on the new version and have not found and pandas on any seed in the bamboo jungle. I've teleported all mobs to me and no panda was found.

i found one after searching thru 6 more seeds but it seems like this new generation affects their spawn rates some how. Because I'd usually find around 2 - 4 pandas in 1.17.1

And this bamboo jungle was exceptionally big since the new generation but I only managed to find only 1. after a few dozen seeds. It's definitely a spawn rate problem as it seems.

I'd say its more likely MC-236756.

They do spawn but its pretty rare. Def a spawn rate problem

is there some sort of fix that the team is working right now on this "issue"? or is it an intentional increase to the panda's spawn rarity? thanks for your time <3
