Before I continue, I have posted this multiple times and it keeps saying resolved and it does NOT work, I uninstall and reinstall and nothing changes: I try to login in through the minecraft launcher, but I cannot login or play, everytime I click login it shows a message saying "something went wrong with the login process", I have already sent this same message and they responded with telling me to download the alternative application, I did, but it doesn't work, I have restarted my device as well but it still doesn't work. I have contacted the help email, and it hasn't fixed the problem. I'm on IOS 10.11.6, I have tried on other newer devices and they work fine

Please understand that "Resolve" does not mean "Fixed". Many reports, like this one, are duplicates of an existing report. Please "watch" and "vote" on the main report to be notified when that one is fixed.
