Minecraft 1.18 pre release 1 seems to have a memory leak. Using 9 to 12gb ram.
Steps to Reproduce:

2. ...Open a normal world, and fly around. The seed does not seem to matter.

Can confirm, I keep getting constant lag spikes while flying around, mostly in old chunks.
