[MC-241318] Floating vines (again) :/

Floating vines again,
I put this again as a bug so you know what happens also in the new 1.18 pre-release 1
If there is already someone who has reported it in this version, please kindly tell me, I have been looking and I have not seen it in this version.

Is this on a chunk border? If so MC-125007 is most likely the issue you are reporting.
