[MC-241393] Cannot spectate Hardcore world after death, chunks not loading

I created a hardcore world and was unfortunately cut short by a drowned with a trident. When I died I wanted to spectate the world but everything was empty. I closed the world and tried to get back in again and it's still blank. I do see some of my mobs near my base but they frequently disappear and re-appear (guessing automatic clipping?). My world is basically broken in terms of being able to spectate it now
