Whenever I go through an end portal in singleplayer Minecraft, it bugs out and sends me careening into unloaded chunks with my coordinates being those of the end portal I went through. It usually fixes itself if I relog, but occasionally it won't, and after a lot of waiting, I eventually end up at the coordinates of the end portal but in the end dimension, with everything fully loaded. I almost died in hardcore mode due to this stupid bug.
