The mineshaft's shelf are made of black oak, not oak

If this is in a badlands biome, it's working as intended.

Mineshafts that generate outside of badlands biomes will generate with oak wood and mineshafts that generate within badlands biomes will generate with dark oak wood. You've most likely found a mineshaft within a badlands biome here, hence why the wood is dark oak and not oak.
