Is this related to large biomes world seeds not matching their default counterparts?

If this is in a badlands biome, it's working as intended.

If you try this seed in 1.18 pre release-1

And compare generation between default generation and large biomes, you will find an adjacent issue. In the default generation, 0,0 is in a desert biome, whereas in large biomes, 0,0 is in the middle of an ocean. Consequently, the player spawns on top of an exposed ocean ruin at around 700, 300.

However, both these respective worlds have their biomes properly labeled in the f3 menu.
