Magma ravines (with and without lava) are not spawning on ocean

These were removed, although I definitely agree they should not have been removed since normal ravines still exist despite the new cave generation. There's nothing that mimics the aesthetic of the underwater magma ravines in the new generation.

Pretty sad that they removed magma ravines, but at least those underwater mobs wont be killed by the natural magma blocks anymore
