For the latest pre-release, sliders are not working properly in the "Video Settings," "Controls," "Chat Settings," and "Accessibility Settings" menus.
The "Music & Sounds" menu and FOV slider are not affected.

I can confirm this behavior. To reproduce, simply attempt to drag any slider and notice how it's not responsive almost all of the time.
