Sliders in video settings don't update with the mouse's position while held down

In video settings, the sliders don't function as expected. The expected result is when clicking and dragging the slider, the slider would move along with the mouse. The reality is it only updates once on the first input. To see a better understanding, go to Music & Sounds and click and drag the sliders. Then go back to video settings and do the same.
